Full itinerary

Depart from Kampala, driving west through Uganda’s scenic landscapes towards Kibale National Park. Enjoy views of lush greenery, tea plantations, and the towering Ruwenzori Mountains. Stop for lunch en route in Fort Portal before continuing to Kibale National Park. Upon arrival, take a guided walk around the Crater Lakes area, exploring local culture and breathtaking scenery.

Start with an early morning chimpanzee tracking experience in Kibale National Park, renowned for its high concentration of primates. After tracking the chimpanzees, return for lunch and then drive southwards through Queen Elizabeth National Park, enjoying potential wildlife sightings. Continue on to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, head into the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for an unforgettable gorilla trekking adventure. Spend the day tracking and observing endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to your lodge for lunch and relaxation. In the afternoon, enjoy a cultural walk in Buhoma Village, learning about the local Batwa community.

Begin the journey back to Kampala, stopping at Igongo Cultural Centre to explore the cultural heritage of the Ankole and Bahima people. After lunch, continue to the Uganda Equator for a brief stop and photos. Arrive in Kampala or Entebbe in the evening, where the safari ends.
