Full itenerary
Your safari begins with a pick-up from either Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your hotel in Nairobi by your safari guide. After a short briefing, you will head straight to Nairobi National Park for a morning game drive. This unique park, situated just outside the city, offers an incredible opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, leopards, black and white rhinos, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species like flamingos, eagles, and vultures.
After the morning game drive, enjoy lunch at a nearby restaurant before heading back for an afternoon game drive. You may also opt to visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, famous for rescuing orphaned elephants.
In the evening, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Nairobi for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, check out from your hotel and meet your guide for the journey to Amboseli National Park, approximately a 4-5 hour drive from Nairobi. Along the way, you will take in the stunning views of Kenya's landscapes. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and enjoy lunch.
In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive in Amboseli National Park, famous for its large herds of elephants and the iconic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. You'll also have the opportunity to see lions, zebras, cheetahs, and other wildlife.
Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
On this day, wake up early to catch the best wildlife sightings during a morning game drive. After breakfast, head out to explore the park, visiting the famous Observation Hill for stunning panoramic views of Mount Kilimanjaro and the surrounding plains.
Enjoy either a picnic lunch in the park or return to your lodge for a relaxed lunch.
After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive to spot any animals you might have missed in the morning. Keep an eye out for lions, leopards, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species.
On the final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your lodge before checking out. Begin your journey back to Nairobi, with scenic views along the way. You’ll stop for lunch en route, and once in Nairobi, you'll be dropped off at your preferred location, either at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight or at your hotel.
