Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi and transfer to Wilson Airstrip for your flight to Maasai Mara. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by your guide and enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge. After a relaxing lunch at Serena Safari Lodge, you’ll embark on an afternoon game drive, encountering Maasai Mara’s abundant wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more. Return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.
After breakfast, head out for a full day of exploration in the Maasai Mara. Witness iconic African wildlife, including lions, leopards, wildebeests, and hippos as your guide shares fascinating facts about the animals and their behaviors. Visit the scenic Mara River, home to the famous river crossings during the Great Migration, and the Mara Triangle, which borders Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Enjoy a picnic lunch amid the park’s breathtaking landscapes. Later in the day, visit a Maasai village and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture, traditional songs, and dances.
Start your day with a morning game drive, capturing more sightings of early risers and the animals you might have missed the previous days. After the game drive, return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, experience an in-depth cultural tour of a Maasai village. Participate in daily activities like cattle herding and milking, and enjoy lively dances and drama performances by the local youth.
On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out of your lodge. You will then be transferred to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival, our guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight.
